Fee Waiver Policy

The Movement Journal is committed to ensuring that geographic location, institutional affiliation, and financial resources do not determine whose movement knowledge enters the scholarly record. The traditions that communities have carried for generations deserve the same scholarly infrastructure as movement practices that have historically had access to research funding and publication venues. Fee waivers exist to make this commitment real.

To request a fee waiver, send an email to admin@thetriadic.studio with your name, the tradition you are documenting, and a brief description of your situation. All waiver requests are reviewed and responded to within five business days.
